A number of people do feel a dilemma when they need to get a new passport in U.S. It might not just be in the United States but in all of the countries around the world. There will certainly be comments that would state that it is easier to get these government issued documents or IDs rather than any other place in the world. Could this be a generalization of the passport issuance system of the United States or just isolated in certain city and states?
Distributing passport agencies in San Francisco and in other bigger cities around the country is one of the reasons why it became easier in getting these documents in the United States. There could be some positive points in distributing various satellite offices for government offices that other nations or localities can adapt for their further improvement. This could be a good system that can be adapted by any government institutions to improve the quality of their services to their constituents.
It might have started with passport agencies in San Francisco to ease the burden of a person to get a new passport in U.S. though all government agencies in the world can use this satellite service system. Many individuals might think that satellite offices like the tourism or social service offices in bigger and more populated cities would be chaotic. With proper management and people coordination, it should not be the case. The services being provided by satellite offices depend on the people running the office and those who are availing the services of the office. If these parties would not learn to cooperate with one another, then it will be chaotic regardless of where the service is being availed.
It is noted in the world that the United States is one of the nations that do have an organized system. It could be held true for some though there will always be those who will be negating the statement. Many individuals around the world still do have that American dream. There have already been a number of people from the past up to the present that is able to fulfill their dreams.
